It’s been over 3 months since I last posted. Quite a bit has happened.
Two of my friends have given birth to two beautiful baby girls.
I went on vacation with 12 other people. Camping. In cabins (2 – one for guys, one for girls) without electricity. Or running water. And I was shocked by an electric fence. Yeah, don’t ask. It’s funny now but it wasn’t so funny then.
I’ve been a ‘second shooter’ for a friend of mine at two different weddings.
I’ve taken a bunch of pictures. I will hopefully post some in the next day or so.
I’ve been present. I’ve lived, enjoyed life.
Sometimes I worry about that. I know that there is more to this life that just enjoying myself. I know that God wants my obedience, my full attention. But He’s put me in a group of such wonderful people that I just can’t help but enjoy myself.
This summer while I have been living, I have sat there in awe of God that He would love me so much that He would put me in a spiritual family that is just so perfect for me.
I am going to be more intentional about posting. I am also going to set up a schedule for myself and will start by posting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Now that it is late, I need to finish putting away my laundry so that I can go to bed. See you on Wednesday!
